Is it just me or do the horses look like they’ve got a bit of a tiff going too? Seems like Brady Brown is giving Duke Whitington a bit of playful lip, and the latter is NOT amused….
Personally I find this story so far as interesting as NTO, at least in this short snippet. I really look forward to finding out the details. It somewhat makes me think of the Civil War which might or might not be intended. The art is wonderful!
That’s what I’m seeing to Karyl. The similarities are very evident, with the uniforms of the imperials looking so much like that of the Union Army. I made the mistake of calling them “Federals” a couple pages ago, but it’s kind a easy to see why. But there are differences. The blue of their uniforms is more blue/gray. The red of their sash, collar and epaulets has more of a burnt sienna in them giving them a nice richness. And yes, the art IS wonderful. 😉
