I also noticed her eyes. Maybe Coyote is in her now? It would explain the fireball on the previous page. I’d thought that was her gun, but here it fires more normal(?) rounds.
She used a grenade launcher type weapon on the nun. You can see her holding it in her left hand while she picks up a canister grenade with her right in panel 3 on the previous strip.
She’s contemplating suicide. (The snipers are moving into position for a killing shot right now. And that goggles-tourniquet won’t work that well to stanch the bleeding.)
Two down, four to go: (the two cowboy snipers, the mysterious Pinkerton and the Last Airbender). Don’t forget, we still need to see Stone Hears Nothing and her anime sidekick. What role will they play in this conflict?
@W1nDOc: Yep. Also, we never saw Jasper Jackson (the ex-blacksmith with the missing fingers) get killed. He may be out there somewhere. There have to be a few episodes left in this story.
